The Carl Frazier Fund for Economic Relief

The Carl Frazier Fund reflects Granville’s long-standing commitment to caring for our neighbors in times of need. It provides confidential financial assistance to individuals and families who live or work within the Granville Exempted Village School District, helping them navigate unexpected challenges. Support may include help with rent, temporary housing, utilities, food, or other urgent needs that arise from financial hardship or unforeseen events.

The fund is administered in partnership with the Licking County Coalition for Housing (LCCH), ensuring resources reach those who need them most. Although Granville has supported residents in crisis for many years, the Carl Frazier Fund was formally established in 2021 to strengthen and sustain this work. Since then, GCF has contributed more than $50,000 to LCCH to assist individuals and families who live and work in our community.
